We import our Macaroons directly from France. French Macaroons are almond based egg white cookies, lightly infused with a variety of essences. Two cookies are then "sandwiched" together with a flavored cream or jam. Our assorted traditional flavors include Pistachio, Vanilla, Raspberry, Coffee, Chocolate and Lemon.
