We have been importing our Macarons directly from France since 2003. French Macarons are almond based egg white cookies, lightly infused with a variety of essences. Two cookies are then "sandwiched" together with a flavored cream or jam. Our assorted traditional flavors include: Pistachio, Vanilla, Raspberry, Mocha, Chocolate and Lemon.
