Konacha is a robust green tea, with finely shredded leaves, very close to a powder. We use this tea as our House Green tea because Konacha produces a strong cup of tea with a sweet aftertaste. This tea can become very bitter quickly, so steeping time should be monitored carefully, as the end result is a wonderful cup of tea. |
